1/18/2024 0 Comments Garnett tag agency![]() Instead of telling me that they charge tax on ResistAll so that I could go elsewhere, she proceeded to calculate the tax on my new car invoice and charged me for ResistAll and a few other items that are not normally taxed. I went into this Tag Agency on June 15, 2021, and specifically told the lady at the desk that my ResistAll on my new car invoice was classified by the OK State Commission as a Warranty, and I should not be charged for it, and that I would not pay for it. if the manager has such poor practices what can you expect from the rest? Pathetic, you should go back to basic training. 10 yrs of business ? It might be the time to close. All because people over there actually do their job. Surprisingly, I did, and I found excellent service at the location in 21st and Garnet, I went in to check the process and I left with a driver license renewed. They told me to go away and find better service. I was gonna come back another time if I had to wait that long, but the blonde lady, that I found out was the manager, got so offended that it turned into a mess. A blonde lady told me to wait over there till she feels like talking to me, I asked her if that meant I have to stay in line after all those people or just a little bit. I was there just to ask a simple question, if they do driver license by scheduling or you come in and wait. Then arrogantly with a smirk on their faces they will open their mouth just to tell you to wait. From the moment you enter their office they are doing everything they can to NOT acknowledge your presence. Never thought about posting a review, but today it really hit the fan.There is a constant arrogant attitude from the staff acting like they are making you a favor, not like you pay them. I have been experiencing this on majority of my interactions with them, but I kept coming back for the sole reason of being close to my home. This agency has one of the poorest costumer service practice. They tell every person that comesIn the wait will be 2 hours, hoping they will leave. They do not want to dealWith drivers’ licenses and Real ID’s. ![]() ![]() After 1 1/2 hours, when I got back to my car, I actually screamed! I have never done that before in my 76 years! It is obvious the agency wants to deal with titles and tags. The blonde who finally processed my application was friendly and efficient. My experience involved one of the employees supposedly forgetting her sign-in password andlocking up her computer so that my Real ID application was delayed 45 minutes-who forgets their password for a computer he/she uses daily? Two people that didn’t have all their documents and left to get them were put in front of me in line when they returned. She was purposefully trying to thin out the people in the lobby. Many of the customers were immigrants and were brushed off not knowing where to go or what to do next. She treats customers with a drill Sargent attitude and less than humane service. I agree with other reviewers that a lady with long black hair is extremely rude to customers.
